When you arrive, you'll be greeted by our reception team and asked about the service you'd like. If you're unsure, just describe what you're looking for and we'll recommend the best option. Don't worry about knowing technical terms — our staff is happy to explain everything.

For a manicure, you'll be seated at a nail station where your technician will begin by removing any old polish. Next, they'll shape your nails using a file, push back your cuticles, and trim any excess skin. You'll soak your fingers in warm water to soften the skin, followed by gentle exfoliation and moisturizing.

Then comes the fun part — choosing your color! We have an extensive collection of polishes in every shade imaginable, plus gel and dip powder options. Your technician will apply your chosen color with precision, finishing with a top coat for extra shine and protection.

For a pedicure, the process is similar but includes a luxurious foot soak, callus removal, and a relaxing foot and leg massage. It's an incredibly soothing experience that most clients find to be the highlight of their visit.

A few tips for your first visit: arrive a few minutes early, wear open-toed shoes if you're getting a pedicure, and don't be afraid to speak up about pressure preferences during your massage. We want you to have the best experience possible.
